3.4. AI Agent Interactions: Your interactions with Platy's AI agents are subject to these Terms. While our AI agents aim to provide helpful and accurate information and assistance, their responses are based on algorithms and available data, and may not always be perfect or complete. Platy is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the AI agents.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership: The Service, including all content, features, functionality, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property rights therein ("Platy Content"), are owned by Platy Inc., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Japanese and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

PLATY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. PLATY MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RESTAURANT INFORMATION, MENU TRANSLATIONS, AND DIETARY ADVICE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLATY INC., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT PLATY HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
